How to prepare for your first session

Before the first session

A light, protein-rich meal about 45 minutes before helps your muscles respond at their best. Pair it with good hydration, and you’re already setting yourself up for success. Think of it as fuelling your body for a new experience.

What to wear

No need to overthink it, just take your gym shoes – we provide the special suit, shorts, and top. Now all you need to do is show up. Reducing friction like this makes it far easier to stay consistent.

How does EMS feel

The first EMS session feels a bit unusual – but that’s part of the fun of trying something new.

Expect firm, rhythmic muscle contractions. Most people are surprised at how quickly they get comfortable with the sensation. Your coach will adjust the intensity step by step, so your brain always connects the feeling with safety and progress.
